Today’s New Thing

I have been meaning to try a Scandinavian coffee for a while, sources have told me it should be creamier and yummy. I tried making it before but managed to spill it so didn’t get to try it.

A Scandinavian coffee, or Swedish coffee, is coffee prepared with an egg in it shell and all. You remove the egg and coffee grounds prior to drinking it, of course. It was supposed to be creamier and tasty. I didn’t think so, maybe I will try it again sometime but I will deflavour the coffee with cream and sugar.
