I was dealing with so much anxiety around 13:00 today, I was stressing that I didn’t know what my new thing would be. I have felt that anxiety a few other times but I have to remember that there is so much I haven’t tried yet!
Today I thought I would have a hot chocolate in the afternoon, not my new thing well not quite. I have been watching a lot of bon appetite, (a YouTube cooking channel) there was mention of brown sugar. I have no interest in trying to make the Indian dish, mostly because I don’t have the ingredients.
My new thing today was to make my hot chocolate with brown sugar rather then white sugar. I thought maybe it would give it a different taste, sure there was a little different but only a little. If I am out of white sugar I could use brown but I am not going to use brown sugar for anything special!
