Today’s New Thing

Last night during my hot chocolate I thought it would be nice to add the chocolate liqueur to it just for a little flavour kick. It takes some time to make the chocolate liqueur, with the cooling of some ingredients and the so I started the process last night and finished it today.

I have made chocolate liqueur before so that’s not my new thing. My new thing is I made coffee liqueur, it is a process so I started last night and finished today. I don’t have any vanilla beans so I used vanilla extract, we will have to see how it tastes tomorrow.
