Fighting COVID anxiety

Due to COVID 19 I am going to try and do things to make me uncomfortable, push myself to the limits. Why? So I can fix the little things when it gets to be too much.

I am growing a beard; facial hair is something that is very triggering for me, but if I have a beard I can shave it when life gets to be to much.

I have known this day was coming sense Saturday so I stopped wearing makeup, I have felt so naked but I am going to use makeup as a tool to feel whole again.

I have a few other plans, but they need to be worked on some more.
