I want to start adding some simple exercising to my weight loss plan. I am going to start with walking for the first bit I will walk to the garden plot and back, I am going to leave from my back door as it is a few more steps, I will do that every day for a 5 days then I am away for 4 days. I will then move to walking to the condos after the garden plot and back I will do that for 6 days. I will then walk to the schools and short way through the park back for 10 days. I will then move to walking past the schools and long way back through the park for 8 days. I will then move to doing the complete circle for 9 days. I hope to add a gym membership December 1st so that I can use the gym the weekends and do the circle week days. Starting on the 10th I plan on using the gym daily, until the 23rd. I will see how I handle menopause for the rest of my exercising.
