After a lot of personal thought

After a lot of personal thought I think I need to awesome that my dangly bits do not weigh 1000 grams and I need to be shooting for a little more weight loss then 86 Kg, just a little mind you, my new goal is 85 Kg.

So my new goals look like this

In 10 days I want to weigh less then 100 Kg or a BMI of 29.1 so that I am over weight rather than obese.

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 99 Kg or a BMI of 28.8 so that I am still over weight but getting better.

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 97 Kg or a BMI of 28.2 so that I am still over weight but getting closer.

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 95 Kg or a BMI of 27.6 so that I am over weight but getting lighter.

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 93 Kg or a BMI of 27 so that I am over weight still weighing in more then a sack of feathers.

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 90 Kg or a BMI of 26.2 so that I am over weight but almost healthy

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 88 Kg or a BMI of 25.6 so that I am over weight but I should be able to see less chins

10 days after that I want to weigh less then 86 Kg or a BMI of 25 so that I am over weight but I shouldn’t crush people of equal height when I sit on them.

6 days after that I want to weigh less then 85 kg but more then 84 kg the goal is 84.2 Kg or a BMI of 24.5
